Shalamar Hospital Auction: Sale of Used Ambulances (Mercedes-Benz & FAW) — Sealed Bids

Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences / Shalamar Hospital invites sealed bids for sale of used ambulances on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. Vehicles include Mercedes-Benz (02) and FAW.

Inspection: Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles at Shalamar Hospital, Shalimar Link Road, Mughalpura, Lahore between 09:00 am and 03:00 pm until 14th October 2026. For inspection contact Mr. Kashif Sheraz, Dy. Manager Security & Transport: 0300-4697574 or (042) 111-205-205 (Ext-365).

Submission: Sealed bids clearly marked "SEALED BID - AUCTION OF AMBULANCES" must be submitted to the office of the Chief Operating Officer, Shalamar Hospital, on or before 15th October 2026 up to 11:00 am. Bids will be opened on 16th October 2026 at 11:00 am at the office of the Chief Operating Officer in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key terms:

1. Earnest money / bid security of Rs. 100,000 per vehicle must accompany each bid in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque in favour of Businessmen Hospital Trust.

2. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned by 16th November 2026 via cheque/Pay Order/Demand Draft.

3. Earnest money of the successful bidder will be adjusted against the purchase price; balance of sale price must be deposited within 5 working days of acceptance of the bid.

4. All applicable taxes, duties, transfer/registration charges and other expenses shall be borne by the successful bidder.

5. Vehicles will be handed over after receipt of full payment and completion of required formalities.

6. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
