IESCO Disposal Notice — Sale of Vehicles by E‑Bids (AS IS WHERE IS)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e‑bids for disposal of vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis through the E‑Bidding system. Bids are to be submitted via the E‑PADS e‑procurement portal. Original bid security (earnest money) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Islamabad, as required.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Only e‑bids submitted through the E‑PADS v2.0 portal will be accepted. Interested bidders must register and upload required documents on the portal.

- Original earnest money (CDR/Bank Guarantee) against each lot must be submitted in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad. Earnest money must be valid as specified (120 days is indicated for validity).

- The tenders will be opened and evaluated by the Disposal Committee; results will be communicated via PPRA/IESCO websites.

- The successful bidder will be liable to lift the vehicle within the period specified in the Release Order and must deposit any applicable taxes; government taxes (including income tax and GST where applicable) will be deducted as per law.
