Educational / Professional QualificationMinimum: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Candidate having a Master's degree and/or any professional certification(s) will be preferred.
ExperienceMinimum 15 years of working experience, including at least 10 years in HR/Talent Acquisition and at least 3 years at a senior level (senior HR leadership role).
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Bank’s Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes including placement of job advertisements, assessment, shortlisting, offer issuance and onboarding.
  • Design and manage recruitment policies, standards and talent acquisition tracking.
  • Collaborate with business heads, HRBP and other stakeholders to ensure workforce planning and talent pipelines.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical and specialized roles; manage employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
