| Preferred | Experience in shipping industry, a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), or a listed company as Chief Internal Auditor / Head of Internal Audit |
| Fit & Proper | Must fulfill Fit and Proper Criteria under Schedule IV of the SOEs Act |
| Remuneration | Market-based package commensurate with qualifications and experience |
