Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites sealed Requests for Proposal (RFP) through ePADS v2.0 for provision of consultancy services for the audit of PTA financial statements. The procurement will follow Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure of the Public Procurement Rules and Open Competitive Bidding where applicable.
Documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS). All bids must be submitted online through the ePADS e-bidding portal; manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in accordance with the instructions on the ePADS portal. Vendors can register and obtain e-bidding documents at the ePADS vendor site.
