Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) and pre-qualification of consultancy firms through the e-PADS (V2.0) portal for consultancy services related to system augmentation, HT/LT augmentation, OPGW, DS/SAP/Village/Rural Electrification and depot work projects.

Purpose Pre-qualification / EOI for consultancy services for project technical & financial review, vetting of estimates, material verification, construction monitoring, progress reporting and completion documentation for system augmentation and rural electrification projects.
Scope / Main Components
  • Technical and financial review and vetting of estimates prepared by client
  • Control/issuance of material to contractors as per estimates
  • Verification of material invoices and preparation of reconciliation statements
  • Monitoring of construction works and submission of monthly progress reports
  • Assistance in acceptance of works and preparation of completion reports
Eligibility Interested firms or joint ventures of local firms (comprising not more than four firms), registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and having experience in similar projects.
Duration Initial contract period one year (with possible extension subject to satisfactory performance)
