Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI) Invitation for E-Bids via EPADS

Peshawar Institute of Cardiology, Medical Teaching Institute (PIC-MTI), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department invites e-bids via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible bidders (listed on FBR Active Taxpayer List and registered on EPADS) for the procurement/disposal of the items listed below. Bid security/earnest money must be furnished from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Hospital Director, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology.

Key instructions: A complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded from EPADS (https://kpp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 10:00 AM PST at the office of the Manager Material Management, 1st Floor, OPD Building, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology. Electronic bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 2026-10-17 at 10:30 AM PST; electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM PST. Scanned copy of bid security must be attached on EPADS; the original bid security must be delivered to Manager Material Management, 1st Floor, OPD Building, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology on or before 2026-10-17 at 10:30 AM PST, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Taxes (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, KPRA, and other government taxes) will be applied as per rules.
