Tender Notice for Supply of Medicines — E-Bidding via eproc.gov.pk

Medical Superintendent invites sealed/e-bids for the supply of medicines (drug sale) through the e-procurement system. Bidders must submit bids via E-BIDS (E-PADS) on https://eproc.gov.pk or submit manual bids where permitted. A tender fee of Rs. 44,000 and a bid security of 2% of the quoted price are required.

• Registration with tax authorities (NTN/FBR) and compliance with KPPRA rules is required.
• Suppliers must maintain required cold-chain arrangements where applicable.

• Bids are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal (https://eproc.gov.pk). Instructions for E-Bidding (E-PADS) are applicable.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-03-02. Submission time: up to 11:00 AM; technical/financial bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
• Bid security must be submitted as CDR or an acceptable bank guarantee as specified in the tender documents.
• The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per applicable procurement rules.
