Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi E‑Bids Tender Notice — Framework Contracts 2026-27 (Single Stage Two Envelope)

Issuer: Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites e-bids from firms/contractors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) and other relevant Government of Punjab departments for Framework Work Contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The framework period is up to 30-06-2027 (extendable).

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-PS by 2026-10-17 at 01:00 PM; technical envelopes will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM. Bids must be uploaded separately for financial and technical proposals on Punjab e-PS. Manual bids or manual bid security/bank guarantees are not acceptable.

Key conditions: Bid security 5% of the bid value to be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS. The lowest bidder will deposit performance security up to 10% of the contract cost electronically through Punjab e-PS. Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules will apply; bidders are responsible for applicable taxes at time of payment. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened.

The Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and to accept or reject bids as per procurement rules.
