Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consulting firms for the development of Policy, Legal, Institutional & Operational Framework (PILOF) under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), Component-II: Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services. Selection will follow the Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with World Bank procurement regulations.
