Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi E‑Tender: Patch Work, Culverts/Nullah & Building Rehabilitation (2026–27)

Issuer: Office of the Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi (Chief Officer). Purpose: Framework contracts for patch work, rehabilitation of culverts and nullah slabs, and rehabilitation/maintenance of Municipal Corporation office and residential buildings for the fiscal year 2026–27 (up to 30-06-2027).

Eligibility & submission details: Registered/tax‑registered bidders, firms or enlisted contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026–27 and registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System may submit electronic bids. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated/allocated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Important dates and venue: Bids can be downloaded and uploaded electronically until 11:00 AM on 2026-10-19. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure), Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi.
