Office of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital (BBH), Rawalpindi invites e-Bids for hiring security services for BBH for the financial year 2026-27 (period of one year). Eligible firms must be well reputed, financially sound, experienced in the relevant field and registered with the Home Department/Ministry of Interior, GST/PST, PESSI, EOBI and Income Tax, and registered on the e-Procurement system of Government of Punjab.
Bidding documents and tender forms are available free of cost on the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal (e.g. eproc.punjab.gov.pk / e-PAIDS). Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PAIDS; hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules.
