Buildings Division Kasur invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors through the Punjab E-Procurement system for construction packages at Mian Nawaz Sharif Engineering & Technology University, Kasur. Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for relevant specializations may apply.

How to apply: Download RFP/pre-qualification documents and submit applications via the Punjab E-Procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). All applicants must be registered on the E-Procurement system to be eligible. Pre-qualification will be carried out per the evaluation criteria published on the e-procurement portal.
Submission deadline: Documents must be submitted on the E-Procurement system by 2026-10-19 at 01:00 PM; submissions will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM.
