Tender: Provision of Food Packs — Muslim Aid Pakistan (District Lower Chitral)

Issuer: Muslim Aid Pakistan (MAP). Muslim Aid Pakistan invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers/service providers for the supply of food packs for District Lower Chitral (KP) under project supported by Muslim Aid (UK).

Submission deadline: On or before Monday 19th October 2026 before 03:00 PM. Submit sealed tenders to: Muslim Aid Country Office, Plot #1, 1st Floor, Executive Business Centre, FECHS, E-11/2, Islamabad (by courier or by hand). Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference.

Key conditions: Tender pack available at tenders.muslimaid.org.pk or request via email: [email protected]. Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, packing and allied costs; GST should be mentioned separately. Bid security of 3% of the bid value required as CDR/Pay-order in favour of "Muslim Aid". Lowest price is not the sole criterion; quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be considered. Procurement committee reserves the right to change or cancel any offers. Bidders must not engage in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices; violations may lead to rejection and blacklisting.
