Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Division Lower Chitral invites electronic bids through the EPAD System (Single Stage Single Envelope E-PAD) from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amendment up to 10/05/2022) for multiple works in Lower Chitral.
Key instructions: Bid solicitation documents and instructions are available from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Lower Chitral or downloadable from the EPAD System prior to submission deadline. Bidders must submit E-bids as per KPPRA Notification No. SOR(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated 10/05/2022. Bid security/tender fee details must be submitted electronically with the E-bid; bid security in the form of CDR (showing bank name, CDR number(s) and date(s)) should be uploaded on the EPAD system as required. All bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority as per applicable law. Bids will be opened in the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Lower Chitral.
