Auction Notice — Minor Minerals Leases, District Swat (Ghora Gat & Shamozai Blocks)

The District Auction Committee, Swat invites registered Minor Minerals contractors to participate in the auction and grant of minor minerals leases for two blocks in District Swat under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Minerals Act. Leases are offered on an "as‑is, where‑is" basis for one year against the listed reserve prices and call deposits.

Auction date & venue: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Swat on 2026-10-27 at 11:00 AM. If the auction cannot be held on that date, the next date is 2026-10-28 at 11:00 AM.

Application & payment: Registered contractors with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may apply. Application forms must be submitted with the stated application fee and the required call deposit for each block. The last date for submission of application forms is 2026-10-23.

Bank deposit: Call deposit shall be deposited to account No. 0066-2009203919 at Bank of Khyber (or through any other bank branch as instructed).

Documents required: Attested copies of CNIC, income tax registration certificate (NTN) and partnership deed/affidavit (where applicable) must be submitted with the application.

Other notes: Sketches of the advertised areas are available from the office of the Assistant Director, Mineral Development Swat. Blacklisted or unregistered persons/firms are not allowed to participate. Further terms and conditions, payment and allotment procedures will be as per the District Auction Committee and applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa mining rules.
