Tender: Supply of Office Stationery & Store Items — Islamabad Model College for Girls (G-10/4)

Issuer: Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG), G-10/4, Islamabad. Procurement through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PAD) for supply of items under PPRA Rules.

Eligibility and submission: Firms must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) with valid GST and income tax numbers, have offices/stock in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and provide details of experience with government/semi‑government organizations. Bids must follow the Single Stage–One Envelope method; technical and financial proposals to be separately labeled and uploaded/submitted via E-PAD.

Deposit and documents: 3% of the estimated value must be submitted as earnest money via Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of IMCG (PG) G-10/4, Islamabad or uploaded with the bid; the original must be delivered to the college Accounts Office by 10:00 AM on the closing date. A certificate/affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted must be included. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules.

Deadlines and opening: Proposals must be submitted/uploaded on E-PAD by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-21. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Office of IMCG (PG), G-10/4, Islamabad in the presence of firm representatives. In unavoidable circumstances opening will occur on the next working day as per schedule.
