Tender: Extension & Revamp of Auditorium — Pak Red Crescent Medical College & Teaching Hospital, Dina Nath, Kasur

Pak Red Crescent Medical College & Teaching Hospital invites sealed bids from PEC-registered firms for extension and revamping work of the Auditorium Building at PRCMC&TH, Dina Nath.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage One Envelope in accordance with applicable rules. Tender documents available from the office of the Medical Superintendent on written request on company letterhead upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (cash or deposit to PRCMEDC bank account).

Each bid must be accompanied by bid security (2% of estimated cost — Rs. 84,000) in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of "Pak Red Crescent Medical & Dental College".

Submission deadline: 08 October 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Conditional, incomplete, unsigned, late, or bids without prescribed bid security will be rejected. PRCMC&TH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
