National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Divisional Head — Talent Acquisition (SVP/EVP) for its Human Resource Management function based in Karachi. The role reports to the Group Chief - Human Resource and will lead the bank’s end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding activities in alignment with business workforce plans and budgets.

Reporting To Group Chief – Human Resource
Location Karachi
Minimum Qualifications Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC. Master's degree and/or professional certifications preferred.
Experience Minimum 15 years of working experience with at least 10 years in HR (Talent Acquisition and/or HR Business Partnership) and at least 5 years at a senior level. Experience in banking/financial sector or large public sector organizations preferred.
Key Skills Strategic talent acquisition, employer branding, stakeholder management, leadership and team building, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and decision-making abilities, coaching and mentoring.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business requirements, workforce plans and manpower budgets.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, assessment, shortlisting, offers, pre-employment formalities and onboarding.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external platforms, and oversee employer branding and candidate sourcing channels.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain recruitment metrics, MIS and analytics.
  • Provide talent market intelligence, recruitment insights and succession planning support; manage specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
Employment Type Contractual for three years (may be renewed at management discretion). Compensation and benefits as per Bank policy.
