Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites applications for the position of Head of Internal Audit. This is a contract appointment initially for three years, extendable by mutual consent. Selected candidate will receive a market-based remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

| Preferred Experience | Experience in shipping industry, SOE or listed company as Chief Internal Auditor/Head of Internal Audit; experience with ERP environment for internal controls and risk management |

Candidates must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria under Schedule IV of the SOEs Act and will be appointed in accordance with the State Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2023, the State Owned Enterprises (Ownership and Management) Policy 2023, the PNSC Ordinance 1979, PNSC Service Regulations 2025 and CM Guidelines for C-Level appointments.
