Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a 3‑year contract (extendable for 2 years). The CEO will report to the Administrator and be based in Islamabad.

Contract & Reporting	3 years (extendable for 2 years). Reports to the Administrator. Appointment on a contractual basis; not regularizable.
Location	Islamabad
Key Responsibilities	Provide strategic leadership and drive long‑term vision, strategic and business planning, and annual budgets. Deliver measurable results and hold senior management accountable. Oversee financial, service, and member experience performance; ensure compliance with constitution, by‑laws and governance. Lead operations of club facilities, member services, revenue growth across membership, F&B, rooms, banquets and sports; benchmark member services. Represent the Club to members, government bodies and external stakeholders; spearhead development projects and facility modernization. Build a high‑performance leadership team and succession plan; ensure transparency and accountability.
Education & Qualifications	Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, CA/CFA, Masters in Hospitality Management or related field from an HEC‑recognized university.
Experience	Minimum 15 years post‑qualification experience including at least 7 years as CEO or C‑level in multi‑unit organisations; proven P&L ownership, revenue growth, cost control and operational turnaround. Experience with member clubs, recreational projects or large hospitality/sports organisations is preferred.
Terms & Benefits	Market‑competitive compensation and benefits, including Club privileges. Appointment is contractual; extension subject to satisfactory performance. No claim for permanent employment or regularization. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA.
