Public Notice: Transfer Request for Plot No.147 (1 Kanal), Block A2, Defence Lahore Cantt

The management of the Defence housing society, Lahore, informs the public that the legal heirs of Sami Khushnood Ahmad (s/o Muhammad Hussain), member no. 3201, have applied to transfer Plot No.147, Block A2 (area: 1 Kanal), Sector A, Defence Lahore Cantt. The deceased passed away on 2018-05-04; the named heirs are Naveed Khushnood, Saad B. Ali, Noreen Khushnood and Aisha Khushnood. A court order from the Civil Judge First Class, Lahore (Kaleem Aslam Awan) has been referenced in support of the transfer request.

Any person, bank or institution having an objection to this transfer must inform the Secretary/Cooperative Engineer at the society office (Commercial Plaza, Block D12, Sector A, Defence Lahore Cantt) within 15 days of this notice; after that no excuse will be accepted and the society will not be held responsible.
