Tender: Fabrication of Mobile Animal Hospital for Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo Lahore

Directorate General, Wildlife & Parks Punjab invites electronic bids for the fabrication of a Mobile Animal Hospital under the project titled "Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore." Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement system; manual bids are not acceptable.

Key details:

- Bidders must submit signed and stamped documents including technical and financial bids online via the e-procurement system by the stated deadline. Paper/manual bids will not be accepted.

- Bidders are required to submit 2% bid security of the estimated price; the bid security amount will be processed digitally through the e-procurement system.

- Bids will be opened through the e-procurement system on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

- Bidding documents are available from the date of publication on the relevant procurement portals and the PPRA website; bidders can download and submit bids without paying any fee.

- Bid validity: 120 days from the last date of submission of the tender.

- The Department may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
