E-Tender: Electrical Items for Street Light Operation & Maintenance — Municipal Corporation Sahiwal

Issuer: Office of the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal. Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites e-tenders from firms/contractors for procurement of electrical items required for operation, maintenance and repair of street lights for the Financial Year 2026–27.

Eligible firms: Contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab e‑procurement / PPRA portal may participate. Bidding will be conducted through the PPRA e‑Tendering system under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

Bid requirements: Bidders must submit digital bid security; physical instruments (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted. Bids without a valid Digital Bank Guarantee will be rejected. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the contract price upon award. Unit rates must be quoted in numbers and in words. Total bid price will be calculated by multiplying unit rates by quantities.

Contractors may attend the Office of Municipal Corporation Sahiwal at the stated opening time. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA rules.
