Registrar, University of the Punjab, Lahore invites sealed bids by public auction for lease/operation of multiple university properties including shops, kiosks, service units and several Built-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects.

What is offered

Multiple university-owned commercial units and service sites are being offered for lease and as BOT projects. Each lot has an associated bid/security amount and a listed base/starting price. The notices show earnest/deposit amounts ranging from PKR 15,000 up to PKR 150,000 and base prices commonly between PKR 100,000 and PKR 500,000 for various lots.

How to participate

Interested bidders must submit sealed bids in accordance with the auction terms and must provide the specified bid security for each lot. Auction terms, conditions and the list of lots with their respective security and base amounts are available from the University’s Estate/Registrar office. Bids will be opened at the stated time and place on the auction date.
