Corrigendum: e-Bids for Development of Ship Restaurant & Picnic Points at LBC, Horticulture Agency Lahore

Issuer: Horticulture Agency, Lahore. The Agency invites e-Bids from well‑reputed and financially sound firms, nurseries and contractors with relevant tax registration (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable) for the development of ship restaurant and picnic points at LBC Lahore.

Submission method: Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. The e‑bids will be received until 07 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened the same day at 11:30 AM in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.

Key conditions: item‑wise lowest rates will be accepted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System; procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014; only technically qualified bidders’ financial bids will be opened as per PPRA rules. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee / Security up to 10% of the work order amount in favour of the Managing Director, HORTICULTURE AGENCY, Lahore. If a bidder quotes more than 5% below the estimated amount, additional security may be required and the quoted rate will be scrutinized.

Other notes: The corrigendum refers to the originally uploaded tender (IPL‑9590) and PPRA Unique Code 255978716092026373. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the tender prior to acceptance or to increase/decrease quantities by up to 15% as per PPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to upload their bids on the Punjab e‑Procurement System portal well before the deadline; Horticulture Agency Lahore will not be responsible for portal issues.
