Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) Tender Notice for Rehabilitation and Improvement Works

Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (LDA), UD Wing. LDA invites sealed tenders through the Punjab e‑Procurement System under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure (PPRA-38(2)) from firms/contractors registered on the e‑procurement portal with valid PEC license and active NTN/PNTN for multiple rehabilitation and improvement works across Lahore.

Purpose: Procurement of civil works for rehabilitation and improvement of streets, roads, drains and related infrastructure in various localities of Lahore. A total of 12 separate tender packages are advertised covering different neighbourhoods and sectors.

Eligibility & key conditions: Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System, hold the relevant PEC category/license as required for each package, have active NTN and PNTN, and comply with the e‑Tendering requirements and PPRA rules.
