Kinnaird College for Women Tender: Annual Bulk Purchase of Lab Goods/Articles (Phase‑I, 2026–2027)

Kinnaird College for Women invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules, 2014 for the Annual Bulk Purchase of Lab Goods / Articles for Phase‑I (2026–2027). Eligible firms/companies/sole agents/traders registered for income tax and sales tax are invited to submit bids through Punjab e‑procurement portal.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Bidding will be conducted through e-procurement (single stage two envelopes) on Punjab e‑procurement portal: http://etp.ppunjab.gov.pk/#/auth/login.

- All bidding documents, terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the PPRA and Punjab e‑procurement websites: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

- A bid security of 5% of the estimated price must accompany bids. The bidder must also submit the original Bid Security, Stamp Paper and sample (if required) at the time of closing e-bids; all mandatory documents along with technical bid must be uploaded on the portal.

- Bid validity: 90 days.

- The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid proposal.

- The earnest money of the successful bidder will be retained as Security Deposit until successful execution of the order.
