The Program Implementation Unit (PIU), Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP), Ministry of Energy (Power Division) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms to provide advertising agency services (Traditional Media) to drive public awareness and ensure nationwide compliance for the Power Subsidy Reform — National CNIC-to-Meter Linkage Campaign. The assignment is financed with World Bank assistance (IBRD:93180).
