IBA-Public School Sukkur invites sealed bids for rent of one furnished building and one commercial shop located at a prime location on Military Road, next to KFC, Sukkur. Auction documents are available from the Admin Office on any working day (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) between 2026-10-01 and 2026-10-20.

Submission and opening: Submit sealed bids to the Admin Office, IBA-Public School Sukkur by 2026-10-20 up to 3:00 p.m. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-20 at 3:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid security: A refundable bid security in the form of a bank demand draft / pay order in favor of "IBA-Public School Sukkur" must be attached with the bid. Bids submitted without the required bid security will be disqualified.
Inspection: The building and shop may be inspected on any working day 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. between 2026-10-01 and 2026-10-20. Bid validity: 90 days. The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
