WASA Gujranwala Tender: Supply of RPC/RCC Manhole Covers & Frames (IPL-10323)

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Gujranwala. E-PAD single-stage one-envelope tender for supply of RPC/RCC manhole covers and frames and supply of RCC manhole covers at different WASA Gujranwala areas.

Key conditions: Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), registered with FBR & PRA, have active filer NTN & PNTN, and be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system for financial year 2026-27. Submission & opening: e-bids to be submitted via the Punjab e-procurement system up to 2026-10-20 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-20 at 12:00 PM. If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will apply. Bids remain valid for 60 days.
