Sindh Education Department – 92 BPS-17 Lecturer Vacancies in Science Subjects (BS/MSc/BE)

Purpose: Recruitment of Lecturers (BPS-17) for science subjects on vacant sanctioned posts. Only online applications will be considered via the departmental jobs portal.

Important eligibility and selection notes:

• If candidates with BS/MSc in the exact subject are not available, candidates with closely related degrees (for example BS/MSc in Physics for Mathematics post and vice versa) may be considered within the same UC, but preference will be given to candidates with the relevant subject degree.
• Only online applications submitted through the portal will be considered: www.jobs.sed.gob.pk.
• Merit / weightage for shortlisting: total marks 100. Marks are calculated as follows: Matric (SSC) = 20, Intermediate (HSSC) = 20, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject = 50. Additional marks for higher qualification: M.Phil/MS = 05 or PhD in relevant subject = 10.
