Attock Refinery Limited invites shareholders to the 48th Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 19 October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Attock House, Moragh, Rawalpindi, with virtual participation also available.
Issued by the Company Secretary (Saif‑ur‑Rehman Mirza) on 28 September 2026, the AGM will consider the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026, declaration of final cash dividend, appointment of auditors for the year ending 30 June 2027, and other ordinary business.
