Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar — Tender Notice for Rental Contracts (Hostel Mess & Utility Store)

Issuer: Hospital Director, Lady Reading Hospital — Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Peshawar. IFB No. 10/LRH/2026. Sealed bids are invited from registered firms with Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for outsourcing rental contracts.

Submission & opening: Tender documents must reach LRH-MTI Peshawar on or before the respective dates at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Committee Room / AHD office.

Terms & conditions highlights:

• Bid security must be submitted from the account of the firm/bidder in favor of the Hospital Director, Lady Reading Hospital MTI Peshawar. Original bid security in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee will be accepted only.
• Interested bidders are required to submit non-refundable fee of PKR Five thousand (5,000) in the MCB Bank “LRH Receipts” account No: 0847608141003952 prior to submission of bids. Separate fee should be submitted with each tender.
• Registration with KPRA is mandatory wherever applicable.
• Any bidder providing false, materially inaccurate, or incomplete information shall be disqualified.
• LRH's FTN/NTN Number: 9050181.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014 after giving a valid reason.
