PESCO Invitation for Bids — Upgradation of 132 kV Transmission Line (Madyan to Khwazakhela) — Bid No. PESCO/PD(GSC)/NIT-02/2026-27

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids for the upgradation of the 132 kV transmission line from Madyan to Khwazakhela for power evacuation from the 84 MW Gorkin Matiltan Hydropower Project under PEDO deposit work.

Eligibility and key requirements: valid PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 in Category C-3 or above with specialization codes CE-02, CE-10 and EE-05; valid FBR/NTN and active taxpayer status; KPRA registration where applicable; EPADS registration; average annual construction turnover of at least 70% of the estimated contract cost; available financial resources/cash flow of at least 30% of the estimated contract cost; satisfactory completion of at least two similar contracts in the last five years each valued at not less than 50% of the estimated contract cost; experience in bored RCC pile foundations and 132 kV or higher overhead transmission-line works as per qualification criteria.

Bid submission requirements: a scanned copy of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal and the original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Project Director (GSC), PESCO before the electronic bid-submission deadline. Bid Securing Declaration (BSD) is not acceptable. Bids will be evaluated electronically through EPADS V-2.0; manual submission of original bid security as required must be ensured.
