| Minimum Qualification | F.Sc (Pre‑Medical) or equivalent with at least 50% marks (Physics, Chemistry and Biology compulsory). |
| Entrance Test | Khyber Medical University (KMU) CAT test is compulsory. Candidates who do not appear in KMU (CAT) Test for session 2026 are not eligible. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age for admission: 35 years as of closing date for submission of online applications. |
| Domicile | Only candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and newly merged districts are eligible. |
| Merit & Gender Ratio | Admissions on open merit basis with female to male ratio of 9:1. |
| Processing Fee | Candidates shall deposit Rs. 500 as processing fee in any National Bank of Pakistan Aiteamad Branch on account of DG Provincial Health Services Academy. |
| Hifz‑e‑Quran Test | Hifz‑e‑Quran test will be conducted on 02 October 2026. Candidates claiming Hifz status must provide a valid Hifz‑e‑Quran certificate from a registered Deeni Madrasa and pass the prescribed test. Successful Hifz candidates will receive 20 additional marks added to their F.Sc marks. |
| Shortlist & Interview | Lists of shortlisted candidates (male, female, quota) will be displayed on PHSA website on 30 October 2026 with interview schedule. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview at PHSA office, Budhni Road, Duranpur, near Motorway Northern Bypass, Peshawar. Physical presence at interview is mandatory. |
| Documents | All original documents including KMU‑CAT result in hard form, recent passport photograph and attested photocopies of relevant documents must be provided at interview. |
