Key requirements and conditions include:
- Firm must meet evaluation criteria as set out in the bidding documents.
- Audit reports for the last three years duly audited by Chartered Accountants must be provided.
- Income tax returns for the last three years must be provided.
- Details/proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) required.
- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper duly notarized that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
- Bid security / earnest money to be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded and the original submitted to the undersigned before the closing date.
- One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial) as uploaded on EPADS shall be submitted; in case of differences, uploaded documents shall prevail.
- The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
