Key Eligibility & Instructions
- Minimum qualification: F.Sc. (Pre‑Medical) or equivalent with at least 50% marks (Physics, Chemistry and Biology compulsory).
- KMU (CAT) test is compulsory; candidates who do not appear in KMU (CAT) for session 2026 are not eligible.
- Maximum age limit: 35 years as of the closing date for online submission.
- Only candidates with domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and newly merged districts are eligible.
- Admission on open merit with a female:male ratio of 9:1, maintained in each college.
- Hifz‑e‑Quran candidates: Hifz certificate from recognized madrasa required; eligible candidates receive 20 additional marks added to F.Sc. marks as per policy.

- Last date for online submission: 2026‑10‑16 by 05:00 PM.
- Processing fee: Rs. 500 to be deposited in any National Bank of Pakistan Aiteemad Branch into PHSA account No. PK05NBPA2268000131456453.
- Prospectus and application form available for download on PHSA website.
- Original documents including KMU‑CAT result (hard copy), recent passport photo and attested copies of relevant documents must be produced at interview.
Shortlisting & Interview
- Shortlisted candidate lists (male, female, quota‑based) to be published on PHSA website on 2026‑10‑30 with interview schedule.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview at PHSA office, Budhni Road, Duranpur (near Motorway North), Peshawar. Physical presence is mandatory; no TA/DA will be provided.
- No separate call letters issued; shortlisted candidates must download their admit card from the PHSA website.
