How to obtain documents: Tender documents can be downloaded from the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) or collected personally from GIK Admin Block, Room #F-12.
Fees & security: Tender fee (non-refundable) Rs. 2,000. Sealed bids must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total bid cost.
Submission & opening: Bids should reach the Assistant Director Procurement by 15:00 Hours on 2026-10-15. Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders at 15:30 Hours on the same day.
Conditions: No advance payment will be made. The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
