Shams Textile Mills Limited issues public notice calling shareholders to the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting will consider the company’s annual audited accounts, directors’ and auditors’ reports and matters customary to an AGM including appointment/reappointment of auditors and election or reappointment of directors, and any special resolutions placed before shareholders.

Shareholders are invited to attend or to appoint a proxy. A proxy form and voting sections are provided; shareholders must submit required identification (CNIC) when attending or lodging a proxy.
