Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must have registration with relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. A fresh CDR/Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as bid security (refundable) is required. RIC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders. If the opening date is a public or non-working day, the next working day will be treated as the opening date; time and venue remain unchanged.
