Eligibility and other conditions:
- Defaulters of any government organization, particularly Cantonment Board Nowshera, are ineligible.
- Bidders/firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.
- Each participant must present original CNIC and an original authority letter if representing a firm.
- The successful bidder must execute a written agreement with Cantonment Board Nowshera before installation of digital streamers.
- Installation, electricity connection and all related costs shall be borne by the successful bidder; an NOC from Cantonment Board Nowshera is required before obtaining electricity connection.
- Income tax or any other taxes levied by Provincial or Federal Government on the auction sale shall be paid by the successful bidder.
- The advertisement/streaming rights are for a period of three years with a 10% annual compounded increase applicable (subject to board decision and other conditions).
- National/official videos must be displayed on specified national days (e.g., 23 March, 14 August, 6 September) as required by the Board.
