| Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in TV & Film, Media Sciences or related field. |
| Experience | 5 to 8+ years hands-on experience in video direction and DOP; proven track record on campaigns, DVCs and brand content. |
| Technical skills | Proficiency with cinema cameras, lighting and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with editing, color grading and AI post-production tools. |
