| Submission requirements | Technical and commercial proposals including company profile/experience; biomass type/source; monthly capacity; technical specifications/quality parameters and data sheet; commercial terms including price per MT, transport charges (if separate), taxes/duties, payment terms, delivery lead time; contract validity 12 months; price validity 12 months (±10% subject to market survey). |
