PCSIR Tender: Supply & Installation of Equipment for Materials Resource Center (Packages I & II) — Karachi

Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Islamabad invites electronic bids (Re-Tender) for the Supply and Installation of Equipment/Machinery on a single-stage two-envelope basis for the PSDP project titled “Establishment of Materials Resource Center and Development of Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Center at PCSIR” (Ref: P131614). Eligible bidders: registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers by FBR.

Submission details: Electronic bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, 2026-10-13 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened via EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

Earnest money must be deposited as a bank draft/call deposit from a scheduled bank in favour of “The Project Director (MRC&AMRE), PCSIR”. Delivery will be on FOR basis to PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to change the scope of work as per PPRA rules. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified in terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; related notification is available on the procuring agency’s and PPRA websites.
