Tender for Rehabilitation of Canals in Sohbatpur (Package-1) — Electronic Bids via BPPRA EPPS

Issuer: Project Director, Improvement and Rehabilitation of Hairin Drainage System Nasocrabad.

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids for rehabilitation works on canals in District Sohbatpur under the Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates.

Tender fee: 2,000 PKR. Bid security: 2% in the form of bank guarantee / deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Procurement rules and procedure: Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Single stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, and registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority where required. Registration is required. In case of JV, agreement required.

Minimum qualification/eligibility requirements stated: completion of at least seven similar assignments/projects in the last 10 years; turnover of at least 600,000,000 PKR in three previous years; completion of at least one head regulator project in the last 10 years with project cost of at least 10 million PKR.
