Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed/e-tender submissions under TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27 for civil and transmission line works. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPRA rules will be followed; tenders will be submitted through E-PADs (version 2.0).

Eligibility & participation: Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2026-27 under the relevant code. Average annual turnover and bank statements as per tender conditions, proof of experience in Grid Station & Transmission Line works, and other documentary requirements must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents. In case of JV, joint bank account/NTN documents and notarized joint venture agreement are required.
Earnest money: Original bid security for 120 days in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan equal to 2% of the BOQ must be supplied. The successful bidder will submit performance security equal to 10% of the Contract Price after issuance of LOI.
