GEPCO Tender Notice Tenders/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27 for Grid Station Works and Transmission Line

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders under TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2026-27 for construction and transmission-line related works. Bids are to be submitted and opened via E-Pads (version 2.0) as per PPRA rules.

Bid submission date & time: 2026-10-19 at 11:00 hrs. Bid opening date & time: 2026-10-19 at 11:30 hrs.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope as per PPRA Rules 2004 clause 36(b). Tender documents available through E-Pads v2.0, PPRA and GEPCO websites.

Participation requirements: Valid PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 under the specified codes; average annual turnover per FBR tax returns consistent with the BOQ for the last two years (certified auditor); current bank statement showing 15% of the individual work amount; submission of up to two valid work orders with completion certificates totaling at least 100% of BOQ value within the last five years. Joint ventures must submit joint performance security, joint active NTN in FBR & PRA, and agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 3,000 attested by Notary Public.

Earnest money: Original bid security for 120 days in shape of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan equal to 2% of BOQ cost, to be submitted to the office. Successful bidder to provide performance security equal to 10% of the Contract Price after issuance of LOI.

Other requirements: Attach active PRA registration certificates for PST; company profile proving involvement in Grid Station & Transmission Line work for last five years; authority letter on Rs.100 judicial stamp paper for contractor representatives to receive documents; no cutting/overwriting; rates in figures and words; signed as per tender documents.
