Government of Sindh — Peoples Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF) invites sealed/e-bids for the procurement, development and deployment of an Integrated Program Intelligence System toward the cost of the Sindh Flood Emergency Housing Reconstruction Project (SFEHRP). Procurement is open to eligible bidders under Public Procurement Rules 2010 (as amended).
