EOI: Outsourcing 15 Civil Dispensaries in Peshawar — Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation

Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation. Reference: HF-036/2026-27. The Foundation invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for outsourcing the management and operations of 15 Government Civil Dispensaries across Peshawar under a public–private partnership to strengthen continuity of primary healthcare and immunization services.

Scope: Outsourcing of 15 civil dispensaries grouped into procurement packages. Each package will be treated as a separate project; bidders must indicate the order of preference for packages they wish to bid for. Joint ventures/consortia are eligible to apply where the lead member meets the eligibility criteria.
